6 months!

I cannot believe that Claire is already 6 months old. I now understand why people say that time goes by so fast when you have kids. I find myself wishing that I could stop time and enjoy the moment for a little bit longer.

In the past few weeks Claire's personality has really started to show. She gets really impatient if you don't feed her fast enough. She doesn't mid getting her diaper changed as much, but she always tries to escape and that always makes a bigger mess. She LOVES to laugh and smile at you if you are playing with her. And she has started to crawl/scootch. I did not expect her to start doing this so soon. She loves to get on her hands and knees and rock back and forth and loves to get into things that she should not get into. I guess its time for me to start baby proofing the house.

We can't get enough of Claire. Almost every night we find ourselves in her room just staring at her sleeping. Sometimes when Zach gets home from work late at night he will go in and pick her up just to cuddle with her for a little bit. Surprisingly Claire doesn't mind being woken up late at night- she just smiles at her daddy and cuddles for a little bit and then goes right back to sleep.

The pictures of her in the dress were from Easter. As you can tell from the last picture she loves to eat her clothes. If she is wearing a dress she is always flashing her diaper and eating her dress... i love it :)
